Updated September 28, 2026. This notice describes the request forms and pages on Native Sands. Email services, OneHome and other external websites have their own privacy practices.
Details you choose to share
The home-search and seller-consultation forms prepare a message in your browser. The site does not submit the form to Sandy, create an account or save the form to a site database. You can review or edit the details before opening your email app. Sandy receives the message only after you send it through your email service.
Copy Request places the prepared message on your device’s clipboard when permitted. Your browser or device may offer its own form autofill or restore features. Please omit Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents, passwords and other sensitive information.
When you send a request
Your email gives Sandy the contact details and preferences you provide so she can respond to your inquiry. Before sharing transaction documents, ask Sandy which secure channel to use and how brokerage records are handled. Contact Sandy with questions about access, corrections or deletion; applicable record-retention duties may affect what can be removed.
Website services and external links
The site’s own scripts do not add advertising pixels, analytics tools or marketing cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs to operate and protect the service. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. Opening OneHome, an official resource or your email service takes you to a separate provider governed by its own terms.
These forms do not enroll you in automated marketing calls, texts or email campaigns. If you want a different method of follow-up, include that preference in your message.
Accessibility & assistance
Native Sands aims to make its information usable with keyboard navigation, readable text, labeled forms and descriptive image text. If a page, form or document creates a barrier, tell Sandy the page address and what you need. You may request the information or help with your search by phone or email.

Community guides are introductory information, not a live property listing feed. Photographs show the locations and dates stated in their credits; some are archival or show a nearby landmark. A photograph of a home does not mean that home is for sale. Verify current conditions, availability, property facts and restrictions before making a decision.
A home value consultation discusses market positioning and comparable properties. It is not an appraisal or a promise of a particular sale price or selling time. Confirm marketing services, any costs and the schedule with Sandy before proceeding.
Discuss the scope of services, brokerage relationship and any applicable written agreement with Sandy before representation or a home tour. Brokerage compensation is negotiable and is not set by law. Sending a website inquiry does not sign a buyer or listing agreement.

Protect your transaction
Before wiring money, independently verify the instructions with your closing provider using a phone number you already trust. Do not rely on a changed email, attachment or text message alone. This website does not collect deposits or provide wire instructions.
